ECE - Automatic ClearFloc Wastewater Treatment System

The Clear Flow Automatic Clear Floe Wastewater Treatment Systems represent the latest advanceents in water treatment technology. These units are batch treatment systems, meaning that they will treat a volume of water and then treat additional volumes one after another until the entire volume is treated. The systems utilize several unique cost-saving technologies which are energy efficient and help protect the environment.

Water Rights Systems

ECE - Advanced Oxidizer Unit

The WR UV/03 unit provides advanced oxidation for wastewater treatment utilizing UV sterilization and Ozone combined in one unit. The water to be treated is pumped into the wastewater tank and first passes through a venturi where Ozone that is generated from the UV light is injected into the water. The water is then defected into the unit through a quartz tube where it is subjected to UV light @ 254nm The combination of having Ozone and UV is considered Advanced Oxidation and provides one of the strongest means of oxidizing organics, coagulating solids and destroying bacteria. An additional oxidizer such as chlorine. bromide or hydrogen peroxide can also be added to further enhance the process. These oxidizers can be injected or passed through a dispenser.

ECE - Panel System - Compact Corona Discharge Ozone Generation

The WR03 Panel System is a compact corona discharge ozone generation and application system designed to take up minimal space. The system is mounted against a wall and has a width of only 20 inches. The system can include a pump and a venturi to circulate the water being treated or air can be fed through the unit for aeration purposes. The system can be configured to provide up to 120 g/hr of ozone and take up minimal space. The system is complete with an air prep unit that generates an almost pure oxygen feed for the ozone generator. Can be fully automated and integrated into any process.

ECE - Ozone System

Water Rights Ozone Systems can generate up to 240 g/hr of ozone using oxygen fed Corona Discharge generators. The system is also available with a secondary oxidation injection potential to inject either H202 or Chlorine and/or can be fitted with UV units to generate an Advanced Oxidation format. Two large bag filters are included to remove suspended solids. The Bag Filters alternate operation when blinded. The system comes with pre and post ORP sensors that control ozone production. Unit constructed of Stainless Steel that is powder and ceramic coated.

ECE - Multi-Media Filtration Units

Water Rights Multi-Media Filtration units combine media to generate a filtration process tailored to your needs in a fully automated system. Auto back flush with variable speed pump control to assure proper flow rate per media. Back flushing programed daily and multiple times available. Pre-filtration is included using a bag filter. Post UV/ Ozone/ bromide oxidation. Unit constructed of Stainless Steel that is powder and ceramic coated.

ECE - Oil Water Separator

COP is an acronym for Coalescing Oil & Polishing. The COP-System separates and recovers emulsified and free-floating oils (non-dissolved hydrocarbons) from water solutions using a combination of filtration, coalescence, and gravity. It separates oil emulsions as fine as 0.5 micron.

ECE - Oil Water Separators

Dual Reverse Lamella Clarifier OWS provides superior separation of free and non water soluble oils using two angled packs of poly coalescer plates and reversing the flow through one pack to assist in flushing the solids from the pack. The on board oil collection systems allows for collection and further separation of oils. Two passive skimmers collect free floating oils and direct it to the on board oil collection system. Two large cone shaped solids collection areas provide ample volume for solids settling. Unit is constructed of stainless steel. Powder and ceramic coated.
