Reverse Lamella Coalescer allows oily water to flow from the top of the coalescer pack down through the tubes to flush solids that typically plug the coalescer pack in up flow or horizontal type systems. Multiple incline baffling provides ample interfearence to flow allowing for superior water, oil and solids separation. Unique double cone bottom provides dual solids settling capacity and more compete clean out flushing from steep incline. Units can be fitted with bag pre-filtration and a oil absorbing media post polish using a paper pulp and polymer media that can absorb one gallon of oil per one pound of media.

RLC OWS design allows for solids flushing of the coalescer pack while providing the contact time with the poly construction of the coalescer. Double Cone design increases solids settling before and after the coalescing pack. Belt style oil skimmer removes floating oil at a rate of either 6 GPH or 12 GPH depending upon model.

100 GPM versions carry the same design with increased coalescing and solids settling. All units have 2" clean out drain valves for superior flushing of settled solids.

2" wide to 4" wide belt type oil skimmers provide up to 12 GPH of free oil removal.

Absorbent

Absorbent Media polishes in a post filtration using Poly Housing with direct contact media chamber. Media can absorb one gallon of oil to one pound of absorbent.
