Ecosistemi - Model UF ECO -Ultrafiltration Plants
The ultra filtration of the UF ECO family are designed, sized and built with procedures in strict quality regime on specific customer needs after verification in the field with our pilot machine in order to define the correct performance parameters. Membranes with hollow fibers in H-PVDF are used with service in the "Dead - end" version capable of removing suspended solids up to 0.03 microns from the fluid to be treated and removing any microbiological pollutants.
They are used in treatments and / or pre-treatments of primary surface or ground water for purification purposes and in waste water for the purpose of reuse for civil, industrial or irrigation purposes.
Depending on their intended use, their operation can be managed in semi-automatic, automatic, automatic mode with constant flow.
- Semi-automatic version SA: the filtration phase is automatically interrupted when a maximum operating pressure is reached and requires the intervention of an operator to carry out the washing phases.
- Automatic version A: the filtration phase alternates with the washing steps in a timed cyclic manner managed by the PLC. Temporary forcing of the cycle after a period of inactivity in order to avoid premature deterioration of the membranes.
- Automatic version with constant flow rate APC: the filtration phase guarantees a constant flow rate for the entire duration of the cycle and alternates with the washing steps in a timed cyclical manner managed by the PLC.
