EES - Friction Welding Machine For Sprinkler Pipe

Technologically advanced machine with 2 axis friction welding. Fully automatic PLC controlled operation with hands free mode for operator safety. Welds all sprinkler pipes as per IS 17425 as per coupler design. Welds 3500 pipe per day. Fitted with variable speed motor for feed adjustment. In operation in many renouned micro irrigation companies. Possible to have single head machine for low producvitity below 1000 pipes/day. Actual plant video available on website. Available for the sizes 63, 75 an 90mm. Sizes 50mm and 110mm can be weld but only up on special request. Self actuating chuck for all sizes. Fixtures can be provided on special request.
