HPE II FFF is a handheld testing device for the determination of the firmness of fruit pulp. For trading companies the firmness of the fruit pulp is an important quality criterion. The harvest date of the fruits is specified by the firmness measurement, in consideration of the transportation duration to the place of destination and/or duration of storage.
