FOX - Model Series KZ2 -Electromechanical Differential Pressure Switches
Fox S.r.l. offers the Series KZ2 electromechanical differential pressure switches, designed for precision pressure control in technical applications. With a working temperature range from -25°C to +85°C, these switches are capable of a switching frequency of 60 cycles per minute. The setting point is adjustable; the differential pressure ratio can be increased by sliding the connector housing forward and decreased by sliding it backward. The switches boast a switching accuracy of ±5% of the end of the scale at 20°C, and a fixed hysteresis of approximately 20% at the same temperature. They feature a robust anodized aluminum body with plated brass wetted parts, offering mechanical durability of up to 1 million cycles at room temperature. Electrical specifications include a maximum load capacity of 1 A at 48 VAC or 0.5 A at 48 VDC, meeting DIN43650 standards for connection and IP65 for protection. Additional options include custom pressure ranges, electrical connections, and seal materials for various applications.
