The internal sack options, available in materials such as HNBR, EPDM, and FPM, are tailored for mineral oils and various fluid types. Fox’s dampeners can be fixed horizontally or vertically, with a nitrogen valve positioned upward. These products are dimensionally interchangeable with similar types from other brands, providing flexibility and ease of use in system upgrades or replacements.

With a working temperature range from -25°C to +85°C, these switches are capable of a switching frequency of 60 cycles per minute. The setting point is adjustable; the differential pressure ratio can be increased by sliding the connector housing forward and decreased by sliding it backward. The switches boast a switching accuracy of ±5% of the end of the scale at 20°C, and a fixed hysteresis of approximately 20% at the same temperature. They feature a robust anodized aluminum body with plated brass wetted parts, offering mechanical durability of up to 1 million cycles at room temperature. Electrical specifications include a maximum load capacity of 1 A at 48 VAC or 0.5 A at 48 VDC, meeting DIN43650 standards for connection and IP65 for protection. Additional options include custom pressure ranges, electrical connections, and seal materials for various applications.

The Series AS5 Pneumatic Pressure Switch by Fox is designed for applications requiring precise pressure control. Operating within a temperature range of 0°C to +60°C, the switch maintains a switching accuracy of ±3% of the scale's end at 20°C and has a fixed hysteresis value of approximately 15%. It features a robust 40x40 mm anodized aluminum body and offers a switching frequency of up to 30 cycles per minute. With a mechanical life expectancy of 106 cycles at 20°C, the device accommodates ambient air as the fluid medium and functions under a maximum supply pressure of 8 bars. Options include special maximum pressure, electrical connection, and hysteresis values, as well as CU-TR compliance for the Russian market.
