Xylem Lowara - Model e-NSC -End Suction Centrifugal Pumps
Taking end suction pumps to a new level: The Lowara e-NSC end suction pumps combine high efficiency with high flexibility regarding installation, material options and temperature. This makes the e-NSC the natural choice for commercial building services applications, but also for water transport, hydronic heating and chiller systems, fire protection systems and a vast number of industrial applications. High efficiency: New designed high efficiency hydraulics well exceeding the ErP2015 level and IE3/IE4 motors set the basis for very low operation costs. To optimize the operation costs further, the e-NSC can be equipped with hydrovar® X or with an HVL surpassing the highest IES class – IES2, defined according to the international standard IEC 61800-9-2.
Long service life and easy maintenance
Robust design, different bearing frame sizes and stainless steel replaceable wear rings ensure a long service life. The e-NSC is also designed for easy maintenance and all service points are easy reachable to reduce downtime.
Exactly the right configuration
The e-NSC is the right solution for 1000’s of liquids. Materials options spans from cast iron to duplex stainless steel and different mechanical face seal options.
The e-NSC end suction pumps come in the following configurations:
- NSC, NSCF, NSCC: bare shaft or frame mounted version with motor and flexible coupling
- NSCS: Stub shaft
- NSCE: Close coupled for compact footprint
- NSC..X: variable speed pump with hydrovar® X, a fully integrated variable speed solution (IES2) with assisted reluctance high efficient IE5 motor with built-in intelligence and communication (3kW to 22kW)
