Endless Rolled Augers
Endless rolled augers are produced for you in top quality on our special cold-rolling automation units from ST materials, rust- and acid resistant steels and other cold-rolling steel qualities. The forming process that we apply leads to an increase in strength up to the outer diameter of up to 60%, allowing us to achieve considerable improvements in wear resistance in daily use.
The raw coil materials are formed between two conical rollers on one of the most efficient, well-known special rolling systems in the world.
The increased strength of our augers means that the plates can be thinner whilst satisfying the same requirements as before. This means reduced costs and easier handling due to less weight.
To meet your particular requirements, we can manufacture a tailor-made end product in the diameter range of 50 – 800mm with the option of different gradients, and with an output plate strength of 2.5 – 10mm.
Fully automatic production ensures exact conformity to the specified, desired dimensions. Our endless rolled augers leave the machines ready-to-install, allowing trouble-free and cost-effective mounting on shafts and pipes.
