The LAS-PH3 is a laser absorption spectrometer for precise detection of Monophosphan gas. The continuous measurement takes place with the help of a long path cell in a vacuum. Therefore a high selectivity and very low cross-sensitivity is reached for most of the background gases. The direct measurement method operates physically and without a calibration. No auxiliary variables, such as decay times, must be determined. The spectrometer includes all necessary componentsfor analyzing, such as light source, long path cell, detector, pump and evaluation electronic.
