EUCA Sonimix - Model 7100 -Gas Mixer
The binary gas mixer from 0 to 100%, model LNI SONIMIX 7100 is based on the principle of gas stream through mass flow controllers and is built according to the ISO 6145/7 normalisation. SONIMIX 7100 2L1R – from 10% to 100%. SONIMIX 7100 2L2R – from 1% to 100%. SONIMIX 7100 2L3R ‐ from 0.1% to 100%. SONIMIX 7100 A Multi‐gas (up to 6 independent MFC) .
Functioning principle
The sonimix 7100 gas mixer perform a large range of gas mixtures from high concentration gas cylinders. It makes automatic calculation in function of the used gas types. The Sonimix 7100 is totally compatible with the US EPA methods and can be easily linked with National Standards (NIST, METAS, UKAS…) Each mass flow controller is factory calibrated in 11 points by a tracable primary standard.
Applications
The SONIMIX 7100 is mainly used to calibrate and linearize Gas Monitors:
- At the Stacks to fullfill the ISO 14 481 normalisation
- In the laboratory to perform the quality control of gas Monitors
- To calibrate gas monitors / gas sensors manufacturer
- To generate specific atmospheres.
