Everflo is an innovative liquid additive designed to enhance and accelerate the performance of abrasive and polishing compounds. By integrating Everflo into diverse slurry types, it significantly improves the surface finish and operational efficiency. This additive functions as a pad pre-conditioner, establishing a strong affinity with pad and tooling surfaces, thereby ensuring the slurry maintains optimal contact with the work surface for superior surfacing results. Recommended usage includes adding Everflo to pre-mixed slurries at 5-10% concentration by volume, adjustable according to specific operations. Regular consultation with UPI's technical team is advised for tailored processing conditions. While the product's viscosity may decrease over time, its overall performance remains unaffected, provided it is stored in sealed containers at room temperature.

Everflo is a unique concentrated liquid additive that accelerates and enhances the action of abrasive and polishing compounds. Performance and suspension characteristics are greatly enhanced by adding Everflo to all types of slurries, yielding improved surface finishes and efficiency. Everflo works as a pad pre-conditioner and creates an affinity to pad and tooling surfaces enabling the slurry to remain in contact with the work surface for optimal surfacing performance.

Add Everflo to a premixed slurry in a concentration of 5 - 10% by volume. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions

Normal product variation is expected. The viscosity (thickness) may thin overtime, but this will not affect overall product performance. It is recommend that the product is kept in a sealed container at room temperature.
