Geovent offers four tailored exhaust extraction systems for fire stations, each designed to meet specific needs: the MRS, MRSP, MRSQ, and PRS.
The MRS (Magnetic Rail System) is an efficient, user-friendly solution designed for fire stations requiring fast and reliable exhaust extraction. It features a magnetic decoupling device that connects the hose to the exhaust pipe, capturing harmful gases directly at the source. As the vehicle leaves the station, the magnet releases automatically, allowing for an uninterrupted departure. This system is ideal for stations that prioritize ease of use and a straightforward installation.
The MRSP (Magnetic Rail System Premium) takes the core features of the MRS and elevates them with a compact, compressible hose system. This premium solution is designed for stations with limited space, allowing for easy movement within the aluminum rail. Like the MRS, it includes an automatic magnetic decoupling that releases as the vehicle exits. Additionally, its lightweight construction and compact hose design make it particularly suitable for stations with space constraints while maintaining high durability and ease of operation.
The MRSQ (Magnetic Rail System Quality) builds upon the features of the MRSP, offering a modern and compact solution that combines reliability with a highly user-friendly design. It includes a larger hose made from a thinner and more flexible material, ensuring optimal airflow and ease of handling. During operation, the hose compresses and moves smoothly along the specially designed aluminium rail, which ensures strength, stability, and low friction. An electromagnetic decoupling mechanism automatically releases the nozzle when the vehicle exits the station.
The PRS (Pneumatic Rail System) offers a robust pneumatic option for exhaust extraction. With this system, the nozzle is fitted over the exhaust pipe and inflated with compressed air, ensuring a secure fit. As the emergency vehicle departs, the system automatically deflates, releasing the nozzle seamlessly. The PRS is especially beneficial for stations seeking a reliable, hands-free pneumatic solution and is compatible with various vehicle types and exhaust placements.
Each system is engineered to protect firefighters’ health, efficiently capture pollutants, and streamline emergency operations, providing a complete range of solutions for diverse station requirements.
