The RJ-IWE exterior IBC washing station consists of a 360° rotating bed, allowing the operator to access all exterior surfaces of the IBC. The integrated pressure washer makes removing labels and stubborn stains easy, as well as preventing any cross-labelling once the container has been refilled.
Ambient or heated water is delivered to the exterior of the IBC through a high-pressure nozzle (200BAR) and flow rate (15L/min). This allows the operator to rapidly clean contaminants and labels from the surface of the IBC.
To reduce your water consumption, recirculation is available as an optional extra. If this option is chosen instead of the spent water being filtered and discharged to effluent, further filtration is applied and the liquid is recirculated through a Rotajet recirculation tank.
