BorealExtractive Measurement (EMX) Cell Assembly

SHARE

Analyze an Extractive Sample: Ideal for difficult for challenging applications. Use in Hazardous Area Applications: (A) Ex ib IIC T5 Tamb less than 70°C Gb (C1 Div1, G: A, B, C, D) . No Calibration + No Intervention: Due to the GasFinder`s Internal Reference Cell. Remote Measurement Head: Paired with one of our GasFinder3 Instruments. When combined with one of the GasFinder3 Analyzers, it creates a direct and non-contact extractive measurement for quantitative or feedback control applications.

The Extractive Measurement (EMX) Cell Assembly has the following configurable options:

  • Process Pressure: There is a spectroscopic limitation on pressure to 100 kpag (15 psig).
  • Process Temperature: There is a spectroscopic limitation on temperature to 150C (300F).
  • Other Process Conditions: In general, the gas following through the Extractive Measurement (EMX) Cell should be both clean and dry as to not foul the windows.
  • Material of Construction: The Wetted Process material can either be Stainless Steel of Hastelloy.
  • Path Length Options:  The 1″ NPT Wetted Process Pipe is available in lengths of: 1m, 0.5m or No Pipe included.
