Falcon - Model 1WEX (NEMA) -Extended Range Gamma Area Monitor
The Falcon-1WEX(NEMA) operates on an automatic communication network that allows users to monitor a full network of Falcons as long as they are in range of another single Falcon system! The Falcon units will automatically form an intelligent, self-healing mesh network, allowing them to be constantly connected to each other as well as to the user network. This area monitor houses a sensitive scintillation detector and an extended range sensor that allows it to detect very small to large radioactive sources within 1 second. The system is enclosed in a weather proof enclosure to facilitate outdoor locations.
Each Falcon can be controlled and monitored by a PC on the network or across the internet on any Tablet or remote PC. All communication is protected through 128-bit encryption. Monitoring can be real-time or past event logs can be reviewed. All your Falcon readings can be arranged to display on either a floor plan, map, satellite image, or other image of your choosing to provide a real-time overview and status over each location. Dose rates can be viewed in multiple graph formats.
