By setting off the waiting time of the laboratories (sampling performed directly by the operators) and compressing, thanks to innovative instrumental solutions, the technical analysis times, Neptune 803 is able to provide a residual solvent result in the time necessary to produce a single roll (12 minutes). The use of Neptune 803 allows process corrections in real time, greatly reducing waste and rework of products.
