FGM - Separate Triple Stage Vertical Scrubber
The vertical scrubber with triple separate counter-current washing stage was created to reconcile in a single device the need to purify streams of air polluted by both dust and malodorous gases (deodorization). In fact, this equipment is equivalent to the sum of a Venturi Jet Scrubber, a separate two-stage Scrubber, all concentrated in a single equipment which will take up considerably less installation space. This allows certain and predictable abatement efficiencies, lower operating costs and a greater time interval between two successive scheduled maintenances, because the washing solutions of the three stages are totally separate, both in their fresh form and in their exhausted form.
The standard construction material of the Scrubber is Polypropylene and its construction takes place on order in a reasonably short time. Therefore, the equipment can be totally customized during the drafting of the technical specifications by the customer, both in terms of layout and configuration. This equipment has been installed in large plants for the selection, storage and treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous special waste, such as:
- Disposal or recovery of non-hazardous waste:
- Disposal of non-hazardous waste
- Recovery or combination of recovery and disposal of non-hazardous waste
- Transfer and temporary storage rooms for municipal solid waste
- Sludge mixing and inerting plants
- When is it necessary to install this type of Scrubber? There isn't a written rule: it depends a lot on the functioning experiences we have gained with our installations.
