Wet Scrubber - Vertical Scrubbers
FGM - Vertical Single-Stage Scrubber Tower Scrubber
Our single stage scrubber tower scrubbers are the simplest solution to well defined air pollution problems. Their typical use is the abatement of acid gases, saline mists and the capture of soluble VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). The single stage scrubber tower is composed of a single bed of fillers. Consequently, the abatement efficiency will be high if the polluted gas flow is well defined and characterized.
FGM - Separate Two-Stage Vertical Scrubber
The separate double-stage vertical scrubber allows you to control emissions containing both acid and basic pollutants with a modest dust content. It is in fact thanks to its particular design that the two-stage scrubber allows the treatment of a wide range of pollutants.
FGM - Separate Triple Stage Vertical Scrubber
The vertical scrubber with triple separate counter-current washing stage was created to reconcile in a single device the need to purify streams of air polluted by both dust and malodorous gases (deodorization). In fact, this equipment is equivalent to the sum of a Venturi Jet Scrubber, a separate two-stage Scrubber, all concentrated in a single equipment which will take up considerably less installation space. This allows certain and predictable abatement efficiencies, lower operating costs and a greater time interval between two successive scheduled maintenances, because the washing solutions of the three stages are totally separate, both in their fresh form and in their exhausted form.
Wet Scrubber - Horizontal Cross Flow Scrubbers

The single-stage horizontal scrubber is used as an acid gas, dust or odor abatement device. This type of scrubber must first of all be used in those situations where installation space is a problem.
FGM - Two-Stage Horizontal Scrubbers for Odor Reduction
The Horizontal Scrubbers with separate double abatement stage are completely built in Polypropylene. In each stage a highly corrosive chemical product is dosed (respectively Sulfuric Acid, Caustic Soda and Sodium Hypochlorite), therefore we do not build Scrubbers in Stainless Steel: due to corrosion problems. In fact, the structure of the filter would be immediately damaged: not so much by the pollutants, but by the reagents. The Scrubber works with crossed flows: the outflowing air flows through the appliance horizontally, while the washing solutions are distributed from top to bottom, in a perpendicular direction.

FGM - Model CIF - Catalytic Iron Filter for H2S Removal
CIF is the English acronym for Catylitic Iron Filter . Although rarely used in Italy, the iron catalytic filter is an excellent degreaser for hydrogen sulphide, mercaptans and a coarse droplet separator. The catalytic filter for Hydrogen Sulphide and Mercaptans is composed of a vessel with a fixed bed of carbon steel filling bodies inside. The material placed within is non-hazardous and non-toxic in both its virgin and depleted form. Therefore, the use of this technology is strongly recommended wherever there are flows of air heavily polluted by sulfur: the CIF optimizes the consumption of the downstream filters, maximizing their capture efficiency.

Pulsejet bag filter: high efficiency. A pulsejet bag filter is just one type of fabric filter. In fact, this type of dust filtration equipment can be divided starting from the type of cleaning used. Whatever the type of technique used to clean the sleeve, the principle is that a sufficient amount of energy must be released to detach the dust from the fabric. Although the first historical typology of these filters is the one with cleaning through the mechanical shaker, the pulsejet technology has successfully established itself for a whole series of advantages.
