Fine Screen (Internal and External)

TE-I

It is used to separate settleable solids from liquids. . Any solid between 0.5 mm to 5 mm can be separated from the liquid. Screen surface is cleaned by a device which equipped with automatic washing nozzles that are special for industries. To achieve the desired dryness value for the solids which are separated in the drum screen, round adjustments can be done with frequency converter.

TE-D

It is used to separate floatable solids from liquids. Any solid between 0.25 mm to 3 mm can be separated from the liquid.The solid materials stored in the external surface of the drum screen are poured into the collection system with scraper blade. Specifically designed weight system is available for the scraper blade to adhering fully to the surface.

If necessary, pressurised water system and the spray system are added to avoid clogging in the drum. (optional)

Drum screens separated all solid particles which are larger than the screen openings from the liquid to be filtered. It also provides an advantage to keep long fiber waste, sand and grease with its working principle. Waste is continuously trasferred to the discharge part with the rotation of the drum. From this section, it is poured into a transfer container or a conveyor which are going to be stored.

Drum screens are completely closed constructions. They do not cause problems such as odor and water splash. Energy consumption is very low, it is easy to clean and maintain. Screen surface is designed to be cleaned with pressurized or warm water appropriate to the process.

• Body : AISI 304 , st-37 + Epoxy
• Drums : AISI 304, SS304, chassis St37 or SS304 or it can be manufactured from different materials appropriate to processes.
• Propulsion group: Motor + reducer , if desired could be added variator or the frequency converter.(Optional)
• Scraper blade: AISI 304 stainless steel scraper rod`s part that touches the surface of the drum is consist of bronze knife which is mounted with bolds. It has a structure that can adjust with weight in order to increase the pressure on the surface of the blade.
