The shut-off of the valve has good water tight sealing by means of a high quality rubber bonded seat disc which acts as a primary rubber to metal seal, whilst a secondary metal to metal shut-off is also incorporated into the design of the valve.

Landing valves are made to BS 5041 Part 1 and are hydrostatically tested to 16.5 bars (valve seat) and 22.5 bars (body).

Standard inlet is 65mm PN16 flange.

Standard outlet is 65mm female instantaneous.

Valve outlet comes complete with plastic plug and chain. Optional brass or gunmetal plugs are available on request.
