Skim-pak - Model 600 Series -Fixed Floating Weir Surface Skimmer

The skim-pak series 600 skimmers are a compact unit for operation in small sumps, tanks, and separators. The 650 - SH and the 670 - SH are especially useful in removing oil from machine coolant sumps where access and skimming area is limited. Utilizing the self adjusting, flow control weir, the 650 - SH skimmer eliminates manual adjustments, resulting in greater recovery rates in less time. This weir skimmer design works where disc and belt skimmers fail.

Installing the 650 - SH and the 670 - SH is easy and trouble free using one of the Douglas Environmental deployment systems of flexible hose or rigid pipe. Using these deployments, the skimmers follow changing liquid levels in tanks or sumps easily.

This compact unit is designed for 100% surface product removal with minimal underlying liquid in-flow and limited access, smaller skimming areas. Using self-adjusting flow control weir geometry, the 650 - SH attracts and removes surface product without operator control or adjustment.
