The BFC210/211 from BASI is a programmable flow controller engineered for managing low-viscosity, clear, or translucent liquids that allow infrared light transmission. It incorporates a rotor for volume measurement, an infrared sensor, and advanced electronics to facilitate precise flow measurement and control. The device is constructed with materials like PVDF, Vectra®, Viton®, and EPDM, providing significant thermal resistance up to 90°C. The controller is particularly versatile due to a special variant that ensures enhanced chemical resistance, broadening its application range. Additionally, the BFC210/211 features a user-friendly local 3-digit LED display and a hidden key for programming ease and monitoring. It supports TTL pulse output and offers PNP or NPN alarm functions, activating when set alarm thresholds are exceeded. Suitable for water treatment and diverse industrial processes, it can serve as a flow meter, transmitter, or alarm unit.

BFC210/211 is a programmable flow controller designed for use with low-viscose clear or translucent liquids, transmitting IR light. The operating principle is based on the liquid volume measurement through light-weight rotor, IR sensor, and sophisticated electronics for measurement and control. The material types used (PVDF, Vectra®, Viton®, EPDM, etc.) have a good thermal (up to 90 °C) resistance. A special variant with increased chemical resistance also extends the controller application. Other ranges except the standard 0.5…20 l/min are available on request. BFC210/211 is equipped with a local 3-digit LED display and a hidden key for easy programming and flow monitoring. Output capabilities include TTL pulse output as well as PNP or NPN alarm output that activates when either of the programmable alarm limits is reached. BFC210/211 can be used as a flow meter, flow transmitter with pulse output, ON/OFF flow controller, or alarm unit suitable for water treatment and other applications
