Fluid.iO - Model DSM2420 -Sensor for Measuring Flow Velocity and Level

The DSM2420 sensor is engineered for precise and simultaneous measurement of flow velocity and filling level in both open and accessible closed channels. Built from specialized plastic, it exhibits robust resistance to aggressive media typically found in water and wastewater environments. The sensor employs an ultrasonic measurement principle and is compatible with various types of sewers thanks to adaptable stainless steel mounting shoes. For fill level measurement, it requires floor mounting. It is designed for use in explosive (EX) atmospheres when paired with the FDL400 measuring device integrated with a Z-barrier. The sensor is IP68 rated, indicating its high resistance to dust and immersion in water.
