Fluid.iO - Model EE-2XF - Conductive Electrode for Overfill Protection
The EE-2XF Conductive Electrode is engineered for precise monitoring of conductive liquids within hazardous environments classified as Ex-Zone 0 (Category 1). These electrodes are essential for overfill protection and leakage detection in containers storing water-polluting and flammable fluids. They hold an EC-Type-Examination Certificate TÜV 02 ATEX 1796 X, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Each electrode can detect up to four limit heights, offering flexible application options. Constructed from stainless steel, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, or tantalum, they are suited for aggressive media. Additionally, the electrodes come with various connection threads and coatings. The DIBt has approved them for use as liquid level limit switches. Crucially, their design accommodates installation in environments prone to hazardous vapors, maintaining operational integrity. Model T200.F & T208.F - Level Sensor Overfill Cut Out Devices
Level sensors type T-20_.F... are approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Structural Engineering) as liquid level limit switches for the overcharge protection of containers for storing water-dangerous liquids. The floater switches the reed contact mounted in the guide tube when the liquid level rises. The change in resistance in the sensor circuit resulting from the switching operation is evaluated and the output relay triggered. Parts of the level sensor which get into contact with the media are completely made of PE, PP, PVC, PVDF. So the level sensors T-20_.F... are perfectly suited for being used with tanks for storing highly aggressive media.
Model T200.F / ET-520, ET-521 T208.F / ET-520, ET-521 - Level Sensor Overfill Cut Out Devices
Level sensors type T-20_.F...(24 V) are approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Structural Engineering) as liquid level limit switches for the overcharge protection of containers for storing water-dangerous liquids. Leak Detectors
Model T200.L / ET-520, ET-521 - Hazardous Liquid Leak Detector
The T-200.L (24 V) leak detectors are approved by “DIBt” on the basis of “WasBauPVO” for the detection of leaking fluids which constitute a risk to water. The T-200.L (24 V) leak detectors can be used as leak detectors in the space between a tank and its accompanying drip tray. The evaluation device ET-520 [KR-24V] or ET-521 [KR-24V] is installed directly in the connection head.

The T-200.L (20...230 V AC/DC) leak detectors are approved by “DIBt” on the basis of “WasBauPVO” for the detection of leaking fluids which constitute a risk to water.
Flow Measurement - Flow Sensor
Fluid.iO - Model DSM2420 - Sensor for Measuring Flow Velocity and Level
The DSM2420 sensor is engineered for precise and simultaneous measurement of flow velocity and filling level in both open and accessible closed channels. Built from specialized plastic, it exhibits robust resistance to aggressive media typically found in water and wastewater environments. The sensor employs an ultrasonic measurement principle and is compatible with various types of sewers thanks to adaptable stainless steel mounting shoes. For fill level measurement, it requires floor mounting. It is designed for use in explosive (EX) atmospheres when paired with the FDL400 measuring device integrated with a Z-barrier. The sensor is IP68 rated, indicating its high resistance to dust and immersion in water. This makes it ideally suited for industrial and environmental applications where reliability and accuracy in harsh conditions are crucial.
Leak Detection Alarm Indicator
Model OAA-100.A1 - Liquid Level Alarm Indicator
Our alarm indicators type OAA-100.A1 are stand-alone signaling devices with optic and acoustic alarm indication. Combined with a liquid level sensor (e.g. T-200.F...) and a leak detector (e.g. T-200.L...) the OAA-100.A1 can be used as a local monitoring device of a tank. OAA-100.A1 records the limit-value signals of the connected level sensor / leak detector and releases an acoustic signal (acceptable) and an optical signal (not acceptable).
Model OAA-100.A3 - Leak Detection Alarm Indicators
Our alarm indicators, type OAA-100.A3, are signalling devices with optical and acoustic alarm indication from an overfill cut-out device or a leak detector. In addition to level sensors with an interface, closed-circuit loops can also be connected as transmitters. On two voltage-free output contacts of the alarm annunciator it is possible to connect an optical and an acoustic warning device.
