The Fluorescent Protein and Tag Labeling Kits are specialized for enhancing DNA-PAINT imaging by targeting proteins tagged with GFP, ALFA, TagFP, and other derivatives. These kits provide single-domain antibody binders coupled to optimized DNA-PAINT or FAST-PAINT sequences, significantly enhancing image acquisition speeds and signal-to-noise ratios. Various kits include sdAB binders coupled to either standard DNA-PAINT or FAST-PAINT sites, facilitating different imaging solutions like quantitative measurements or resolution enhancement. The kits offer integration with fluorophore-coupled sdABs (FluoTag®) available at NanoTag. The diverse applications of these kits include precision targeting with one or two sdABs binding per GFP molecule, suited for both standard and high-resolution imaging techniques, such as RESI for highest resolutions below 1 nm. Each kit includes all necessary imager strands and buffers for sample preparation and imaging of GFP-tagged proteins.
