CSPFog Cart

SHARE

Fog carts are mobile fogging systems, which run on a low pressure, low volume philosophy. The fog cart is used for a number of different applications: The cleaning and containment of rooms, areas or surfaces which have potent dry powders exposed on it. The safe removal of potentially contaminated PPE. The fog cart can be used to support break in operations and maintenance work if containment has not been fitted. The safe removal and disposal of flexible containment systems.

  1. To open the lid on the tank you must push the lid down into the tank and then rotate it so if there is only pressure in the tank you will not be able to remove the lid.
  2. Earthing clamps to earth the fog cart to nearby machinery etc. to avoid static charges building up.
  3. Pressure relief valve (P.R.V) is a device that will relieve any over pressure in the tank caused by an unexpected pressure regulator failure.
  4. Anti-static castors to avoid static build up and to dissipate any static. These can be locked into position to keep cart stationary during use.
  5. Depressurising valve so operator can manually depressurise the fog cart when not in use.
  6. Pressure regulators to control pressure going to each gun that will depressurise if too much pressure passes through.
