Latest design in Sandvik belt conveyor rollers is the HM150 formed roller, a unique design with an innovative production method. Flow forming method allows us to produce rollers without any welding.This roller is its best when used with high speed belts and high capacities.

HM150 formed roller is a welcomed addition to Sandvik`s heavy-duty portfolio. This unique design gives us an opportunity to provide customers with high speed belts all the way up to 11 m/s. Roller is naturally balanced, which minimizes vibrations. This reduces noise and also energy consumption. Flow formed tube and hollow shaft is much lighter than traditional roller for high speed belts and high capacities.
HM150 formed roller can be used as a garland roller or traditionally installed onto a roller frame.
