FORMICA - Model WPA-3000 -Plasma Cutting Machine

The machine is designed for cutting sheets of carbon steel by means of a plasma torch and a gas. The metal sheet (eg. Size 1500x3000 standard) placed on a CNC table, then draw detail, or to load or ready to the control program, speed setting database and start cutting. When you start automatically cutting pieces of sheet metal, according to the previously prepared program cuts. The height of the burner is automatically adjusted during cutting, to provide a uniform distance of the nozzle burner from the material being cut. Machine control is made on the basis of a program running under the Windows operating system and microprocessor controller ENB BALDOR, control work servosilników driving X and Y axes and the module holding the same height above the burner material.
