FOX - Model HB -Bladder Pulsation Dampeners for Hydraulic Systems

Fox S.r.l. offers a robust range of bladder pulsation dampeners designed for integration within hydraulic systems to mitigate pressure fluctuations and protect system components. These dampeners are crafted from forged, sandblasted, and painted steel, ensuring durability and resistance in demanding environments. They operate effectively within pressure ranges of 350-690 bar, with a test pressure of 1.3 to 1.5 times the working pressure. Compatible with non-aggressive fluids, these units can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +80°C. Customizable features include a nitrogen valve, and compatibility with SAE, ANSI, and UNI/DIN flange connections. The internal sack options, available in materials such as HNBR, EPDM, and FPM, are tailored for mineral oils and various fluid types. Fox’s dampeners can be fixed horizontally or vertically, with a nitrogen valve positioned upward. These products are dimensionally interchangeable with similar types from other brands, providing flexibility and ease of use in system upgrades or replacements.
