FOX - Model Series K4 -Electromechanical Pressure Switches
The Electromechanical Pressure Switch Series K4 by Fox is an advanced pressure control solution designed for precise pressure applications. Operating within a working temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, it accommodates a switching frequency of 90 cycles per minute. Users can fine-tune the setting point through a central screw to meet specific requirements, with a switching accuracy maintained at ±5% of the end of scale at 20°C. The switch offers a fixed hysteresis value, varying by execution type—10% for membrane, 20% for piston, and 25% for Y execution. It supports a mechanical life of up to 1 million cycles at 70 bar, and electric features allow a maximum load of 0.5A at 250 Volt AC and 0.15A at 110 Volt DC through simple contact (NO or NC). The robust design includes separator options in stainless steel, carbon steel, or plastic for resistant operations even in corrosive environments.
