Franke - Model CHF -Emulsion Mist Eliminators
Emulsion Mist Separators are of great importance in metalworking to protect the employees, the hall and also the cooling lubricant itself. At FRANKE-Filter you will not only find Oil Mist Separators for rotary equipment, we also manufacture highly efficient Emulsion Mist Separators. These are used for CNC processing machines as well as for turning, drilling, milling and grinding.
But how exactly does a CHF Emulsion Mist Separator work?
After passing through the pre-filter and the two main filters, the air is sucked through a high-performance HEPA filter, which guarantees a minimum separation efficiency of 99.997% (measured according to DOP on smoke particles with a size of 0.3 micron). The cleaned air is returned to the room air at the top of the Emulsion Mist Separator. The extraction capacity can be adjusted by an easy-to-operate throttle valve. In addition, an activated carbon stage can be supplied as an accessory for the separation of harmful gases or solvent vapours.
The filtered air offering a separation efficiency of 99.997% ensures a clean atmosphere at the workplace.
