Franzoi - Model MPR 1511 -Primary Impact Crusher

The crusher MPR1511 of Franzoi Metalmeccanica srl is a primary impact mill, designed and built for primary crushing of stones from recycling. The crushing chamber is made by adjustable mobile armors that allow, in addition to the normal functions that adjust the light between hammer and impact wall, to open and automatically reposition the impact wall in case a non-crushable body enters in the chamber, as often happen when working recycling material. The crusher presents innovative technical solutions for the replacement of the hammers and caps, that allow the reduction of downtime required for maintenance.
