Frontier - Model JJP Series -Winding Coating Machine
Our winding coating system utilizes either suspension coating or roll coating technology to achieve scratch-resistant substrate surfaces with uniform film layers. The equipment incorporates an optimized cooling structure that prevents substrate deformation during coating processes.

- Wide application: It can be equipped with different magnetron cathodes, such as plane targets and cylindrical targets; it is applicable to a variety of flexible substrates.
The equipment mainly adopts the magnetron sputtering coating process, which is suitable for depositing functional or decorative film layers on flexible coiled materials such as PET, BOPP PEN, PI, PC, PE and other organic films or fiber cloth, paper rolls, sponges, metal coils, ultra-thin glass, etc. Films that can be plated include conductive films such as Cu, Ag, Cr, Ni, Au, Si, ITO and C, alloy films such as NiCr, NiCu and InSn, or dielectric films such as SiO2, Nb2O5 and Al2O3. Single-layer or multi-layer functional or decorative films can be prepared. The equipment can be used to prepare flexible copper-clad laminate, conductive cloth, electromagnetic shielding film, lithium battery composite copper foil, transparent conductive film, heat dissipation film, high reflective film and other products.
