KMG - Model EXPANDA™ -Full Bore Structural Liner

Hydraulic performance and chemical resistance equivalent to any PVC sewer pipes. The EXPANDA™ system consist of a single manageable strip of PVC which is spirally wound into the existing pipeline via a patented winding machine, position in the base of an existing manhole or access chamber. The edges of the strip interlock as it is spirally wound to form a continuous water tight liner inside the host pipe. Once installed, a patented process is used to rapidly expand it to fit tightly against the wall of the host pipe. EXPANDA™ pipe provides a closed – fit structural liner to rehabilitate all types of sanitary sewer and storm water pipelines with diameter from 150 – 750 mm.
