Fusion - Skid Mounted Designs Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer
FEC`s thermal oxidizers are skid mounted modular designs which offer smaller footprints and ease of installation while maintaining clear access for maintenance. Our products are designed using NFPA approved gas trains for safe and reliable operation. These trains can be coupled with low NOx burner systems to offer the lowest emission systems available. Our direct fired thermal oxidizer systems utilize PLC based controls automation for ease of operation. Automated valves, burner safety management, and system monitoring helps ensure a reliable and easy to use system that minimizes the need for operator interaction.
Fusion Environmental Corporation offers Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizers for destruction of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) to meet environmental requirements in a variety of industries.
Thermal oxidation systems utilize heat to convert organic compounds to CO2 and H20. Depending on flow rates and organic concentrations, these solutions are often the lowest overall cost when viewed over the long term. With heating of the gas stream making up the majority of the operating cost, FEC offers two types of systems to minimize that expense.
The Direct Fired Oxidizers have no heat recovery and are for lower flow, high concentration applications. The high concentration of organics supplements the fuel requirements. For low concentration applications, we offer Direct Fired Oxidizers a which incorporates heat recovery to minimize fuel consumption.
Our systems incorporate PLC based controls to provide automation, alarming, and historical trending. Our skid mounted modular designs offer compact footprints and ease of installation.
