FEC`s thermal oxidizers are skid mounted modular designs which offer smaller footprints and ease of installation while maintaining clear access for maintenance. Our products are designed using NFPA approved gas trains for safe and reliable operation.  These trains can be coupled with low NOx burner systems to offer the lowest emission systems available. Our direct fired thermal oxidizer systems utilize PLC based controls automation for ease of operation.  Automated valves, burner safety management, and system monitoring helps ensure a reliable and easy to use system that minimizes the need for operator interaction.  

Fusion Environmental Corporation offers Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) for destruction of VOCs and HAPs to meet stringent environmental requirements.  Our systems can operate in excess of 98% destruction efficiency and of 95% thermal efficiency.  For high flow and low concentration applications, there is no better technology from a cost of ownership standpoint.

Fusion Environmental Corporation (FEC) offers solvent recovery systems employing steam-regenerable activated carbon.  For applications where thermal oxidation is not desirable, such as those containing halogenated compounds (F,Cl, and S), in areas restricting NOx/CO emissions, or where there is a reusable/recoverable solvent, solvent recovery may be the best solution. 

For applications with lower flow rates or lower organic concentrations, Fusion Environmental can provide bulk activated carbon.  Pelleted, granular, and powdered forms are available from coal and coconut materials.  The activated carbon can be provided in quantities of 50 lbs, 250 lbs, 500 lbs, 1,000 lbs or via truck loads. Canisters can also be provided complete with carbon for direct changeout and disposal as needed.
