Garratt - Model V -Vibratory Feeder
Garratt Vibratory`s serve as great machines for the use of dockage removal, improving plant flow/efficiency and in intercropping. Garratt Vibratory`s offer a scalp over sift screen design. Screens can be changed incredibly easy with very easy clean out. We currently offer two sizes of Vibratory cleaners, the V24D Vibratory and the V32D Vibratory, we also over Vibratory Conveyors up to about 12 feet long.
Improved Plant Efficiency
Unlike conventional conveying systems that simply transport grain to a cleaning facility, the Garratt Vibratory screens out larger and small undesired material before it enters your precision cleaning equipment. This provides a more consistent flow which allows your interior equipment to be free of blockages and surges while improving efficiency.
Product is scalped on two 24″ or 32″ x 54″ screens and then is sifted directly underneath the top screens using two more 24″ or 32″ x 54″ screens. Screens are locked in place by eight wing nut pressure bolts. Screens can be changed in a matter of minutes.
V24D Vibratory requires a two horsepower electric motor and the V32D Vibratory requires a three horsepower electric motor.
Both Garratt models of Vibratory’s are counterbalanced allowing for quiet and increased longevity of the units.
Both of the Garratt Vibratory’s are cost-effective high-performance machines that would suit as a great addition to any seed plant, intercropping operation or feed mill. We have even provided Vibratory’s to customers in the industrial/construction industry.
A variable speed setting allows you to adjust the Vibratory speed to match the quality and the type of product being transported. You can increase for more vigours cleaning action or adjust to handle more fragile grains such as beans or peas.
