A Gravity Table is used to separate grains of similar size by different weights. It accomplishes this by combining large air flow, shake and tilt.

Firstly, the Garratt High Capacity Separator is currently in the prototype/development stage. We expect to be able to put this machine into production in 2024.

Garratt Vibratory`s serve as great machines for the use of dockage removal, improving plant flow/efficiency and in intercropping. Garratt Vibratory`s offer a scalp over sift screen design. Screens can be changed incredibly easy with very easy clean out. We currently offer two sizes of Vibratory cleaners, the V24D Vibratory and the V32D Vibratory, we also over Vibratory Conveyors up to about 12 feet long.

Garratt Screens are initially perforated and then are fastened using steel rivets on a lightweight aluminum frame.

Colour Sorters are used to sort by shape, size and of course colour. AMVT Colour Sorters complement the Garratt Industries Equipment line very well and provide a great final machine in a facility.
