CSI’s high purity fabrication shop has built 100”s of customized and standard process gas panels for semiconductor and related processes over the past decade. Our weld shop technicians are highly experienced in high purity (UHP) fabrication, and regularly exceed the highest of industry standards for length tolerance and alignment.
Refurbished Gas Panels
Critical Systems has a large inventory of specialty gas panels from top-of-the-line OEM’s that have been decommissioned from major semiconductor fabrication facilities throughout the US, and then are closely inspected before being purchased by CSI. We ensure that all of our gas panels are free from contamination, before they are purged and stored in a controlled environment. When a gas panel is ordered, one is pulled that has been used with the same gas (or in the same gas family), before it is customized and calibrated before being shipped.
Critical Systems also rebuilds contaminated panels that saves our customers $1000’s vs. purchasing new gas panels.

All gas panels undergo an extensive evaluation before they are CSI Certified & Warrantied. Full analyticals, including particle, moisture and oxygen testing, can be provided.
