612 Spring loaded MgO sheath insulation 612D for dual element 615 Spring loaded half inch NPT hex nipple 615D for dual element. The model 612 spring-loaded RTD is designed for a wide range of nuclear applications. The sensor is intended to be installed in a thermowell or protection tube. The spring-loading action ensures proper contact with the tip of the thermowell or protection tube for optimal heat transfer. This sensor model is optimally configured for use with a terminal block and terminal block connection head. The RTD is qualified per IEEE 323-1974/1983 and IEEE 344-1975/1987 for use in Class 1E harsh environments.
