fuel Gard Tanks are comprised of a highly reliable line of fuel tanks used as day tanks, main supply tanks, transfer tanks and return tanks.
Fuel Gard system is fully compatible for network integration with the full line of mission critical systems, including packaged pump systems, tanks filling systems, filtration systems, digital fuel and tank management systems and digital monitoring and data systems.
Tanks are UL142 Listed double wall constructed suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Rectangular constructed tanks include closed secondary containment. Fire rated designs are available with UL2085 listings.
Rectangulartank capacities (gallons) are 25- 20,000
Cylindrical tank capacities (gallons) are available from 25-50,000
Controllers for normal duty products are UL508 listed, Type 1 indoor, Type 3R, 4,12 indoor/outdoor. Hazardous location controllers are available.
Our on staff engineers integrate a tank of required capacity with a level controller and fillcontrol. On board fill pumps and return pumps are typical. Remote pumping systems are available for filling of multiple tanks, management of multiple source tanks, management of multiple source tanks or when required by pipe run or pump size conditions.
Digital controllers are PLC based and network compatible. Digital controllers utilize both a
point sensing float switch input and a 4-20mA analog to digital input which displays on a panelindicator and provides a 4-20mA output.

Pump configurations available in single or duplex configurations with pump sizes ranging from 3 gpm to 75 gpm.
