IWAT - Grit Separator
The sand separator is usually at the very beginning of wastewater treatment and offers a decisive advantage when used before a DAF process: It effectively removes sand, glass, aluminum, PET and other rough solids from wastewater.? The removal of all coarse and rapidly sinking particles protects the subsequent process chain. In this way, we reduce pump and valve wear and also create significant benefits for the subsequent flotation process.
