Clover - GRP Jacking Pipe
Our Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) jacking pipes offer high axial strength for trenchless micro-tunnelling and relining applications. GRP jacking pipes are typically utilised in the trenchless construction of water and wastewater pipelines. Other applications include road/rail culverts, ducts, asset encasement and pipe relining.
- DN300 to DN3000 pipe diameters available.
- SN20,000 to SN1,000,000 ring stiffness.
- Stainless steel & GRP coupling options available.
- Light weight and corrosion resistant.
- Grout injection nozzles, customised fittings & manholes available.
- ISO25780 accredited & WSAA appraised.
Superlit GRP jacking pipes are designed to meet the exacting demands of pipeline construction and rehabilitation using micro-tunnelling and pipe-relining methods.
GRP jacking pipes are recognised for their corrosion resistance, excellent structural characteristics and their and ability to withstand the extreme axial forces imparted during the pipe-jacking process.
Our GRP jacking pipe is suitable for use in pressure, non-pressure and trenchless applications for potable, non-potable, industrial, drainage and wastewater systems.
