General Information
- Typical reduction ratio of 4:1 for single stage 2-roll (S) series and 16:1 for double stage 4-roll (D) series crushers.
- 1 or 2 motor drive options available for single stage crushers.
- 1, 2, or 4 motor drive options available for double stage crushers.
- Double row, spherical roller bearings used on all models.
- Optional automatic lubrication system available for all models.
- Roll / Tooth configuration selected based on application needs.
- Some roll/tooth configurations are available as replaceable segments to facilitate maintenance.
2000 Series Roll Crushers
- Roll diameter: 330 mm and 380 mm (13” and 15”)
- Roll face length: 508 mm to 1525 mm (20” to 60”)
- Shaft material: 4140 steel, Turned/Ground/Polished
- Used for sizing feed materials up to 55 MPa (8,000 psi) compressive strength.

3000 Series Roll Crushers
- Roll diameter: 330 mm and 380 mm (13” and 15”)
- Roll face length: 508 mm to 2030 mm (20” to 80”)
- Shaft material: 4140 steel, Turned/Ground/Polished
- Used for sizing feed materials up to 83 MPa (12,000 psi) compressive strength.

4000 Series Roll Crushers
