Our hammer mill is specially designed to grind wet organic waste streams. It can handle all kind of organic waste and can grind it into different sizes. Particle size can be requested by client wishes. The capacity of the mill is depending on the type of waste, which need to be grinded and the size of the outlet. The percentage dry matter which can be grinded is the best between 20 en 25%. Other dry matter contents are possible, depending on the type of waste which need to be grinded. The hammermill can not grind dough.
This robust hammer mill, proved itself for many years in the organic waste sector. It is running to grind waste into food for a anaerobic digestor. This machines espacially proved itself in grinding restaurant waste and kitchen waste. With its low maintenance costs, this hammer mill is suitable for almost any kind of waste. Maintenance time will be shorter if there are contaminations like stones and steel. Replacement parts are the hammers and the sieves.
