Heat-Timer - Model SRC (Vacuum) -Subatmospheric Vacuum Steam Outdoor Reset Heating Control System
The SRC Platinum is a vacuum steam outdoor reset control for sub-atmosphere steam systems. The SRC Platinum will start/stop the vacuum pump and boiler, and modulate the steam motorized valve to vary (cycle) the duration of seam flow into a building’s radiation in accordance with changes in outside temperature. The colder it is outside, the more steam that is allowed to enter the buildings radiation.
The SRC Platinum offers multiple communication options. The Internet communication package offers a large group of optional sensors that can be monitored, logged, and alarm set. In addition, Heat-Timer can provide a cellular Internet connection to the control (See Internet communication ). The BACnet Communication package provides BACnet IP or BACnet MSTP compatibility in addition to the capability of communicating using other protocols when used with a Fieldserver gateway. The Modbus Communication package provide Modbus RTU Communication capability to the SRC Platinum control.
