EBERL - Model Air Classic -Heat Treatment Container Kiln for Wood Processing
The Air Classic Heat Treatment Container Kiln is an efficient and cost-effective solution for wood heat treatment. Designed in either newly overhauled or completely new insulated containers, the kiln interior is fabricated from stainless steel or aluminum, ensuring excellent insulation properties. Key components include high-quality fans, heaters, and climate measurement tools. This kiln supports a front-loading system for ease of use. Once loaded with wood via a track car, laterally mounted fans distribute air evenly through hot water or electric heaters. The user-friendly touch panel interface allows operators to input wood type, thickness, and target moisture content, automating the drying process. It features a visualization program for remote monitoring and control via office computer or smartphone. This kiln system is ideal for those in the timber industry seeking reliable heat treatment solutions precisely adapted to operational needs.The compact and newly overhauled or completely new insulated containers are outstandingly suitable for being used as heat treatment kilns. After loading the wood by means of track car, the drying process can be started. Laterally mounted fans press the air through hot water heaters or electric heaters and evenly distribute the air over the entire kiln length. The batch will be heated until the heat treatment requirements are met.The entire process is logged automatically.

- 6 m container 6.1 m x 2.4 m x 2.6 m (LxWxH)
- 12 m container 12.2 m x 2.4 m x 2.9 m (LxWxH)
- Special dimensions are possible at any time
