Tana - Heavy Duty Rotor with 44 knives
Recommended for high wear materials such as tyres. Heavy duty plates increase wear resistance and decrease operating costs. Maintaining Heavy duty rotor has also made easy since you can change wearing plates either as a set or individually when required.
Rotors with 44 knives boost process capacity of your TANA shredder up to 25% depending on the application. To achieve better capacity these rotors are recommended when input is more homogenous and wanted particle size smaller. These are materials that rotor with 33 knives can easily handle without using the full torque and power of the machine. More knives mean more power needed to turn the rotor. When doing challenging materials such as raggerwire and mattresses with 44 rotor, you will need to load even more carefully and in a smarter way to reach the same capacity as with the 33 and to prevent too much reversing.
