Heavy duty secondary cleaners
Fine cleaners/secondary cleaners are designed to be installed immediately after the head pulley to remove the fine carryback adhering to the belt. Sandvik"s range of heavy duty fine cleaners are designed for high capacity belts that require a heavy duty cleaner. These cleaners are also available to suit reversing conveyors and can be fitted with an optional spraypole for additional cleaning.

This cleaner is supplied with Tungsten tips (or polyurethane as an option). Designed for fine cleaning of the conveyor and will generally remove product less than 0.5mm. A model also available for reversing conveyors and it can be fitted with an optional spraybar. The heavy duty version is suitable for high capacity high speed conveyors.
